
Hammes has appointed Patrick Hammes as Chief Executive Officer as part of its long-term leadership succession plan. Jon Hammes, who previously served as Chairman and CEO, will continue as Chairman of Hammes.
As CEO, Patrick will oversee the firm’s strategy and operations across its real estate consulting, development, investment and management services, with a focus on healthcare.
Patrick joined Hammes in 2012 to help launch Hammes Partners, the firm’s institutional investment platform. He and Jon Hammes continue to serve as managing principals and members of the investment committee.

Before joining Hammes, Patrick worked in the Business Services and Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Robert W. Baird & Co. He previously worked as an attorney at a law firm in Dallas and in the General Counsel’s office of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, DC.
