Hang Ten Systems Raises $32M in Seed Funding Round

Jun 25, 2026 | By Startuprise io

Hang Ten Systems, a Palo Alto, CA-based enterprise AI services company, has raised $32 million in a Seed funding round led by Mayfield.

The round also saw strategic investment from Aramco Ventures and participation from a group of angel investors.

The company plans to use the funding to grow its team and expand its work with global enterprises.

Hang Ten focuses on software that runs business operations. With generative AI, companies no longer need to heavily customize traditional off-the-shelf software through long configuration, integration, and testing cycles. AI has significantly reduced the time and cost needed to build enterprise-grade capabilities.

Hang Ten offers a new approach where software can be built, updated, and operated much faster and at lower cost on an ongoing basis. It specializes in enterprise transformation areas like finance, HR, and product development, supported by an expert FDE bench, a reusable skills library, and AI-powered code generation.

The company is led by Dr. Vishal Sikka, Co-founder and CEO, who is the former CEO of Infosys and an Executive Board Member at SAP overseeing products and technology. Hang Ten helps large enterprises use AI to deliver real business results. Today, most companies are not effectively using AI and often face added cost and risk without clear benefits. Hang Ten aims to close this gap.

"Every single enterprise will be transformed by AI. A few are already reaping massive benefits, building in days what used to take years. But most are stuck at the starting line, or worse, and the gap is widening every day. We are building Hang Ten to close that gap, and help enterprises ride the AI wave," said Dr. Vishal Sikka, CEO and Founder of Hang Ten. "We bring together the rarest combination — frontier AI expertise, decades of building the systems that enterprises actually run on, and the judgment to deliver real value when everything is changing at once.

"At Mayfield, we invest in people first, and Vishal is one of the rare leaders who can make enterprise AI actually work," said Navin Chaddha, Managing Partner at Mayfield. "We backed Vishal from inception because he has done this before running products and technology at SAP and leading Infosys as CEO. Within a few years, the gap between enterprises that use AI to their real advantage and those that don't will define entire industries. Hang Ten is focused on enterprise transformations to put companies on the right side of that line."

“Deployment of AI at enterprise scale is fast becoming the biggest challenge and opportunity of our time. We are proud to join Vishal and the Hang Ten team in their seed round to go after this generational opportunity," said Mahdi Aladel, CEO of Aramco Ventures. "Their combination of Frontier AI experience, decades of delivering enterprise solutions at scale, and deep enterprise relationships worldwide is rare, and is what it will take to deliver on the promise of Enterprise AI."

"Every enterprise I know is looking for sound trusted guidance on AI and help with dramatically improving major operational programs. I am very excited to see Vishal and his team tackle this challenge with Hang Ten,” said Vinod Philip, CEO of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE). “We at SGRE are delighted to work with Hang Ten on several strategic initiatives.”
