
Amrize’s Board of Directors has appointed Mario Gross as President of its Building Envelope business, effective September 11, 2026.

He succeeds Jake Gosa who is stepping down from the role and will support a smooth transition.
Gross has served on Amrizes Executive Committee as Chief Supply Chain Officer since the company was listed on the NYSE in June 2025.
Before that he was Chief Operating Officer of Amrizes Building Envelope business from 2024 to 2025, where he led operations across roofing, weatherproofing and insulation systems for commercial and residential customers.

Earlier in his career, Gross held various commercial and operational roles at Holcim and Sika, taking on increasing responsibilities over the years.
