ANV Completes Acquisition of Iris Insurance Brokers

Iris operates through three businesses: a Lloyd's wholesale brokerage, Blink Intermediary Solutions, and Vivid Underwriters. Together, these businesses strengthen ANV's wholesale and retail insurance distribution across the UK and provide direct access to Lloyd's specialty insurance market.

The acquisition also adds Vivid, a UK-based managing general agent (MGA) incubator, which complements ANV LaunchPad, the company's US-based MGA incubator introduced in May 2026.
