AGI Appoints Haaris Uddin as Chief Financial Officer

Ag Growth International Inc. has appointed Haaris Uddin as its Chief Financial Officer, effective August 4, 2026. He will join the company's executive team, and report directly to President and CEO Paul Brisebois.

Until Uddin officially takes over, Interim CFO Nicolle Parker will continue leading the finance team to ensure a smooth transition.

Haaris Uddin is an experienced finance executive with expertise in public companies, capital markets, and international business. Since 2022, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Medicure Inc., a company listed on the TSX and NASDAQ with operations in Canada and the United States. Before that, he was CFO of Waverley Pharma Inc., which operates in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

Uddin began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young (E&Y) and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He also holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a commerce degree from the University of Manitoba.

“Haaris brings strong public-company finance leadership, international operating experience, and a disciplined approach to financial management,” said Paul Brisebois, President and CEO of AGI. “His background in listed-company reporting, governance, and cross-border operations will be valuable as AGI continues to execute its strategy and strengthen our business for the long-term.
