Yum! Brands Appoints Steve Bratspies to Board of Directors

Bratspies most recently served as CEO of HanesBrands and was also a member of its Board of Directors.

Before joining HanesBrands, he was Chief Merchandising Officer at Walmart and held several senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Food and General Merchandise, overseeing key U.S. business operations.

Earlier in his career, Bratspies was Chief Marketing Officer at Specialty Brands and held several executive roles at PepsiCo. He currently serves on the boards of Target Corporation and The Clorox Company.

"Steve is a respected business leader with extensive experience leading global consumer brands and driving operational excellence at scale," said Brian Cornell, Non-Executive Chairman of the Yum! Brands Board of Directors.
