Starcloud, the company pioneering data centers in space, has raised $250 million Series A extension funding round led by Manhattan West at a $2.3 billion post-money valuation.

The round also saw participation from existing investors Benchmark, EQT, Soma, NFX, 776, and others, alongside new investors NVIDIA, Cisco Investments, Cedar Capital, Goanna Capital, Standard Capital, and others.

The latest funding brings Starcloud's total capital raised to $450 million since its founding in 2024.

About Starcloud

Starcloud is developing data centers in space to address the growing energy and infrastructure requirements of artificial intelligence.

The company launched its first satellite, Starcloud-1, in November 2025. The satellite carried an NVIDIA H100 GPU and became the first platform to deploy a data center grade GPU in orbit, according to the company.

Starcloud says the H100 delivered approximately 100 times more GPU compute than previously deployed in orbit and enabled the company to train an AI model in space.
