FL-based Dispatch Secures $8M in Seed Funding. The investment was led by F-Prime Capital, with participation from existing investors Fika Ventures, Great Oaks and Twelve Below and new investors CoFound Partners.
The Flyover Capital venture capital fund, which is associated with Mariner Wealth Advisors, Valour Equity Partners, and Ritholtz Wealth Management formed the Compound Capital Fund I, LP.

The funds will be utilised by the business to finance investments in client service and engineering staff. Dispatch is a wealthtech data orchestration firm that was co-founded by Madalyn Armijo, Rafi Lurie, and Rob Nance. Their objective is to sync client data across the advisor’s tech stack and relieve wealthtech enterprises of the hassle of continuously developing and maintaining connections.
Dispatch is utilised by RIAs because they want customer data to move smoothly throughout the technology stack. Dispatch functions in the background of the different software programmes that businesses utilise. It serves as a coordinator, “dispatching” data instantaneously between systems.
