Industrial Logistics Properties Trust Appoints Anthony Paula as CFO

Industrial Logistics Properties Trust, has appointed Anthony Paula as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective October 1, 2026.
SUMMARY
- ILPT appointed Anthony Paula as CFO and Treasurer.
- He will oversee finance and reporting from October 1.
- ILPT owns industrial and logistics properties.
Paula is a Vice President at The RMR Group, where he handles accounting, SEC reporting, and corporate finance responsibilities. He has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Paula has been with RMR since 2011 and has also served as Vice President of Diversified Healthcare Trust since December 2024. He will step down from that role after joining ILPT.

Paula is a certified public accountant and holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Paula will succeed Tiffany Sy, who will step down from her position at ILPT effective September 30, 2026. The company said Sy’s resignation was not related to any dispute with ILPT or RMR.

As of June 30, 2026, ILPT had 409 properties with about 59.6 million rentable square feet across 39 states.
