Innovative Motion Technologies, a global industrial technology platform and portfolio company of Cathay Capital, announced the successful closing of a new senior credit facility led by TPG Twin Brook.
The company plans to use the funding to strengthen its capital structure, invest further in its integrated platform, expand engineering capabilities, pursue strategic acquisitions and grow its product offerings across healthcare, industrial, HVAC and utility markets.
