JustAI Raises $17M in Series A Funding Led by Base10 Partners

JustAI, a San Francisco, CA-based AI-native marketing platform provider helping companies automate personalization, experimentation and decisioning at scale, has raised $17 million in a Series A funding round led by Base10 Partners.
The round also saw participation from Y Combinator and Peak XV Partners, and investors and operators from Anthropic, Chime, and Notion, the CTO of HubSpot, and the founders of Eppo and Vapi.
The company plans to use the funding to expand its engineering and sales teams, strengthen its AI agent infrastructure, and enhance the platform with new capabilities.
Marketing and growth teams are being asked to produce more content, deliver greater personalization, and drive better results without adding staff or using more software tools. At the same time, the marketing technology market has become increasingly crowded and complex.

The 2025 Marketing Technology Landscape identified more than 15,000 martech products. While Gartner's 2026 CMO Spend Survey found that marketing leaders are investing 15.3% of their budgets in AI, only 30% feel prepared to scale AI across their organizations.
JustAI increased its annual recurring revenue by five times this year and aims to transform how marketing is managed in large enterprises. The platform combines AI agents for strategy, content creation, decision-making, and data analysis to help marketing teams automate more of their work.
Instead of relying on manual processes, fixed rules, and disconnected tools, JustAI provides a single system that understands customer context, creates campaigns, optimizes decisions, and continuously improves based on performance results.
