
Anteris Advisors, an independent shareholder advisory firm, has appointed Ken Bertsch as a Senior Advisor. He will support the firm in advising public companies on important shareholder and investor matters.
As a Senior Advisor, Bertsch will use his experience to help Anteris Advisors support company boards and management teams as they navigate complex shareholder and investor issues.
Ken Bertsch is a well-known expert in corporate governance with more than 30 years of experience. During his career, he led two major organizations in the field, serving as Executive Director of the Council of Institutional Investors and later as President and CEO of the Society for Corporate Governance.

Most recently, Ken Bertsch served as Vice President and Corporate Governance Specialist at Broadridge Financial Solutions. Earlier, he was a Partner at CamberView Partners (now PJT Camberview), where he advised public company boards and management teams on corporate governance, investor relations, and shareholder activism.
During his career, Bertsch also held senior governance roles at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Moody's Investors Service, TIAA-CREF, and the Investor Responsibility Research Center. He earned a law degree from Fordham University School of Law and a bachelor's degree from Williams College.
