Ken Sliter Joins Partner as Director of Client Development – Capital Programs

In his new role, Ken Sliter will help grow the Owners’ Representation and Capital Programs business at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. He brings extensive experience managing large construction and facilities projects for national retail and restaurant brands.

Ken Sliter brings over 25 years of experience in capital program management, business development, and general contracting. He has strong expertise in multi-site capital improvement programs, operations, and client relationship management.

Throughout his career at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. and other roles, he has worked with Fortune 500 retailers, restaurant chains, and commercial operators to manage large, portfolio-wide capital projects and deliver scalable solutions that support long-term business goals.

Based in Dallas, Ken Sliter has led large, distributed teams managing thousands of projects each year across all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. His work includes national programs for store remodels, maintenance, and upgrades such as painting, restroom renovations, HVAC replacements, fire safety systems, lighting, flooring, and other store improvements in active retail environments.

Over his career at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., he has managed large programs for retailers, restaurants, automotive service providers, travel centers, and convenience store brands. He has also led teams of 20+ project managers while overseeing portfolios worth thousands of projects and hundreds of millions of dollars in total investment.
