Fintech Company Lazard Acquires London-Based Campbell Lutyens

The deal, first announced on April 30, 2026, brings together teams and operations from both companies. The new business aims to expand Lazard's services for clients, diversify its revenue and support its long-term growth strategy under Lazard 2030.

Lazard CL brings together the expertise of both companies, with more than 300 advisory professionals across 19 offices worldwide. Over the past 40 years, the combined business has advised on more than $1 trillion in fundraising and secondary transactions across around 1,300 deals.

The company will provide independent financial advice to institutional investors, financial sponsors and businesses throughout the private capital process. Its global network and industry experience will help clients manage fundraising and liquidity needs.
