California-Based Media One Acquires Premex Solutions

Premex supplies print-ready fabrics for the digital textile printing industry. Its parent company, Premier Textiles UK, has more than 40 years of textile industry experience and was founded in 1981. The acquisition strengthens Premex’s focus on digitally printable fabrics for the US market.

The acquisition expands Media One’s portfolio alongside Fisher Textiles and Hyperflex Vinyls. It will give Media One and Fisher Textiles more products and solutions for customers in home décor, interior décor, and fashion.

Premex brings a wide range of print-ready fabrics, textile expertise, technical knowledge, and established customer relationships that complement the existing businesses. Premex Solutions will become part of Media One’s portfolio, alongside Fisher Textiles and Hyperflex Vinyls.

The deal expands Media Ones services into home décor and apparel by bringing together print-ready fabrics, printing equipment, inks, finishing solutions and technical support. Premex customers will continue working with the same teams and products while gaining access to Media One’s wider range of services and support.
