An AI startup called Maven AGI, led by CEO Jonathan Corbin, CTO Sami Shalabi, and CPO Eugene Mann, allows businesses to use Generative AI in customer assistance without sacrificing human interaction.

Maven AGI claims that by utilising its proprietary Gen AI platform, AI Agents, and internal technologies, it can automatically handle more than 93% of client enquiries, reducing support expenses by 81% and improving customer satisfaction overall.
