MM Brands partners with StateHouse Holdings to grow Mary’s Medicinals

As part of this deal, StateHouse subsidiaries will handle the manufacturing and distribution of Mary’s Medicinals and DIXIE products in the state. This will help increase production, improve distribution, and make the products more widely available in retail stores across California.

StateHouse operates cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and retail businesses across California through its subsidiaries, and the addition of Mary’s Medicinals, and DIXIE strengthens its portfolio with two well-established, high performing brands known for innovation and strong consumer loyalty.

Mary’s Medicinals is known for its transdermal delivery technology, and wellness-focused products while DIXIE is a well established brand in cannabis edibles. This partnership supports MM Brands’ strategy of working with strong market operators to grow the business, maintain product quality, and expand retail distribution.
