Mettler-Toledo International has appointed Natalia Shuman to its Board of Directors, effective August 3, 2026.

- As a Board member, Shuman will help guide the companys strategic growth, innovation, and corporate governance with her extensive leadership experience.
Shuman is currently President and CEO of MISTRAS Group, a company that provides technology-enabled industrial asset integrity solutions. She has held the role since January 2025 and also serves on the company's Board of Directors.
Before joining MISTRAS, Shuman was Executive Vice President at Eurofin's Scientific. She also served as CEO of Bureau Veritas North America from 2017 to 2021 and previously spent more than 20 years in leadership roles at Kelly Services.
