Missouri-Based mSupply Appoints Phil Mause as President

As President, Mause will lead Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Digital, E-commerce, Marketing and Merchandising.

His focus will be on making mSupply’s full range of HVAC parts available to customers the next day through its national distribution network and digital channels.

Mause joined mSupply in 2024 as Chief Commercial Officer, where he led changes to the company’s sales strategy and helped drive double-digit growth.

Before mSupply, he was Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Services at RB Global, where he oversaw SmartEquip, an OEM parts procurement platform used by more than 800 brands. Earlier, Mause co-founded Rouse Rental Insights, a market intelligence company for the equipment rental industry.
