Sole Source Capital Appoints Claire Bissot as Chief Human Resources Officer

The newly created role will focus on strengthening human resources and organizational capabilities across the firm and its portfolio companies.

Bissot’s appointment expands the SSC Way, the firm’s approach to improving operations and supporting M&A throughout the investment process.

Her role will help SSC assess talent and leadership needs earlier, include human capital priorities in growth plans, and support management teams as they scale their businesses. This is expected to help improve execution, reduce risks and support long-term business growth.

Bissot will join SSC’s executive leadership team and work with the investment, operations and portfolio company teams to support their growth plans.

Her responsibilities will include strategic hiring, organizational planning, leadership development, succession planning, employee retention, workforce planning, and supporting M&A due diligence and integration.
