NC-based BlueMatrix secures an Investment from Thoma Bravo. The deal’s total value was not made public. Golub Capital supplied the transaction’s debt financing.
The funds will be utilised by the company to broaden its commercial and operational scope. BlueMatrix is an investing research publisher run by CEO Patricia Horotan.
