O2 Investment Partners Appoints of Micah Dawson as Operating Partner

O2 Investment Partners, a Midwest-based private equity firm, has appointed Micah Dawson as an Operating Partner.
In his new role, Micah will help create value and support growth across O2 Investment Partners' portfolio companies.
Before joining O2 Investment Partners, Micah Dawson led the Portfolio Support Group at Trivest Partners, a private equity firm focused on founder- and family-owned businesses. In that role, he helped portfolio companies improve profitability and create long-term value.

Earlier in his career, Dawson worked at HBM Holdings, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions before joining Tru-Flex, one of HBM's portfolio companies. At Tru-Flex, he took on increasingly senior leadership roles and eventually oversaw two business divisions. Dawson earned a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from the University of Miami.
