Pennsylvania-Based Saothair Capital Partners Acquires FIFCO USA

Saothair Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on middle-market manufacturing and industrial companies, has completed the acquisition of CCR American Holdings, also known as FIFCO USA, from Distribuidora La Florida, a subsidiary of Heineken N.V.

Its brand portfolio includes Labatt, Genesee, Seagram’s Escapes, Lipton Hard Iced Tea, and Bubly Wine Refresher. North American Breweries is also one of the largest providers of full-service contract brewing for beer and other alcoholic beverages in the U.S.
The company operates from the Genesee Brewery, one of the oldest and largest continuously operating breweries in the country, and employs more than 700 people. The facility includes a modern brewhouse, new filtration and fermentation equipment, a dedicated cold block facility, and a high-speed canning line.
