PointsKash Gets $100M Investment From Hawk Capital Investors to Fuel National Rollout
Aug 14, 2026 | By Devin Jacobs

PointsKash, a FinTech and digital commerce company, has secured a strategic capital commitment of up to $100 million from Hawk Capital Investors to support its commercialisation and national expansion plans.
The investment will be provided in two phases. The first tranche of up to $35 million will be available through October 30, 2026 while a second tranche of up to $65 million is planned between February and April 2027, subject to agreed business and operational targets.
PointsKash will use the first tranche to refurbish and deploy around 2,100 company-owned KashPoint financial services kiosks. The funds will also support technology integration, merchant onboarding, development of its PK Pay product, and working capital requirements.
The second tranche will help the company scale its operations nationally. The funding will be used for additional kiosk manufacturing and installation, merchant onboarding, field operations, platform integration and customer acquisition.

The expanded investment follows earlier discussions between PointsKash and Hawk Capital which initially focused on a smaller investment.
PointsKash CEO Michael Herron said, “This is about much more than funding a near-term capital requirement. We are building the infrastructure for a national financial commerce platform, and that requires a capital partner that understands both the scale of the opportunity and the importance of executing in stages. Hawk has the opportunity to become a meaningful long-term anchor investor as we move from commercialization into national rollout.”
Herron added, “We believe the financial industry is entering a period of profound change as traditional banking, digital payments, loyalty value and digital currency increasingly converge. PointsKash is building a bridge between those worlds through a combination of physical access points, mobile technology and merchant distribution. We are excited about the road ahead and the role this capital relationship can play in helping us execute that vision.”
As PointsKash's expansion plans and funding requirements became clearer, these two companies agreed on a larger, phased capital commitment.
PointsKash is currently developing partnerships with enterprise merchants and expanding its merchant network ahead of a wider national launch.
The company operates an integrated financial commerce ecosystem through its KashPoint Pro, KashPoint Lite, KashPoint Express and PK Pay offerings. Its platform aims to connect payments, financial services, loyalty rewards, digital assets and mobile commerce for consumers and merchants.
