Northwood Space

Northwood Space Corp., a Torrance, CA-based provider of a shared ground network connecting satellites to Earth, has raised $375 million in a Series C funding round.

Applied Compute

Applied Compute, a San Francisco, CA-based developer of custom open-source AI models for enterprises, has raised $350 million in a funding round at a $3.25 billion valuation.

Laza Medical

Laza Medical, the Campbell, CA-based Shifamed portfolio company developing AI-powered robotic imaging solutions for cardiac interventions, has raised $160 million in a Series B funding round.

Sentra

Sentra, a NYC-based provider of an agentic data security platform, has raised $150 million in a funding round led by Capital One Ventures.

Dulo 

Dulo, a San Francisco, CA-based developer of an AI foundation model for software engineering and technical automation, has raised $130 million in a seed funding round.

Traversal 

Traversal, a NYC-based provider of an AI site reliability engineering (AI SRE) platform for the enterprise, has raised $120 million in a new funding round, bringing the total to $173 million, at a $1 billion valuation.

Settle 

Settle, a New York City-based fintech company providing inventory financing and cash flow management solutions for consumer and ecommerce brands, has secured a forward flow financing agreement from 3Jane. The facility provides $50 million in initial financing capacity, with an option to increase it to $100 million.

Setara Biosciences

Setara Biosciences, a San Diego, CA-based clinical stage biotechnology company leveraging genetics to develop precision medicines for severe rare diseases, has secured $90 million in a Series A funding round.

Tutor Intelligence 

Tutor Intelligence, a Watertown, MA-based robotics research, and deployment company, has raised $75 million in a Series B funding round, bringing the total capital raised to $117 million.
