In her new role at SafelyYou, Joelle Poe will lead strategic initiatives to guide the company’s long-term growth, strengthen its market position, and help shape product and go-to-market strategies for AI-powered senior living solutions.
SafelyYou is trusted by more than 950 senior living communities and is recognized for its innovation in AI powered care solutions. The appointment of Joelle Poe further strengthens the company’s position in the senior living technology market.
Poe brings more than 18 years of experience in product and technology across healthcare, age-tech, hospitality, and senior living. She will help guide SafelyYou’s partnerships program and support the company’s product and marketing strategy as it continues expanding its AI-driven senior living solutions.

With a focus on listening to customer needs and improving its platform the addition of Joelle Poe is expected to strengthen the companys trusted reputation, and support its mission to improve care for seniors.
Before joining SafelyYou, Joelle Poe founded Centered Care, a technology-based care model focused on senior living. She also served as Chief Product Officer at SkyPoint and led product development for several major insurance providers, where she worked on digital transformation and population health analytics platforms. Poe is also a member of the NIC Future Leaders Council and serves as Chair of the NIC Partnering for Health Committee.
