AI Startup Otovo Announces Partnership with InCharge Energy

The partnership will give commercial customers a single service relationship for solar panels, battery storage, and EV charging equipment across key U.S. markets. Together, the companies cover more than 100,000 energy assets.

Otovo and InCharge will offer each other’s preventive maintenance services, while their own technicians will handle the work. This will help both companies expand their service coverage.

Otovo will also use its Endurance AI platform to manage service jobs from start to finish. Each job will be tracked through one record, while both companies will continue to operate under their own brands.

InCharge has a service network covering all U.S. states and Canadian provinces, with offices in Los Angeles, Richmond, and Fort Worth and more than 100 field service staff. This network will help the companies expand the partnership into new markets.

Work orders will move directly between Otovo and InCharge, while Otovos Endurance AI platform will manage intake, dispatch, and scheduling. Both companies will also sell each other’s preventive maintenance plans while keeping their own customer relationships.

The partnership aims to make it easier for commercial properties that use multiple energy systems. Instead of having separate service contracts and contacts for solar, batteries, EV chargers, and backup generators, customers can have a simpler service arrangement.
