Quality Growth Companies Appoints Blake Thompson as Vice President

In his new role, Thompson will lead QGC’s charitable giving and outreach efforts. He will also strengthen partnerships with QFoundation partners, including Folds of Honor, Shelter KC, and Rescue Hill.

Thompson will also advise the company on marketing and brand strategy, helping keep QGC’s mission at the centre of its growing business.

Thompson joins QGC after spending 30 years at Ramsey Solutions, where he served as Executive Vice President. He worked closely with founder Dave Ramsey and helped the company grow into a well-known media business with more than 1,000 employees, 10 podcasts, national radio programs, and a growing digital platform.

Thompson is also known for his humanitarian work. He has spent years helping break the cycle of bonded labor in Pakistan and has helped more than 2,200 families gain freedom. He will now bring this experience and focus to QFoundation’s mission.
