Radiology Partners (RP), a leading technology-enabled radiology practice in the U.S., and its subsidiary, Mosaic Clinical Technologies, have announced that former governor Larry Hogan has joined its Board of Directors. A well-known national leader and cancer survivor, Hogan brings experience in public health, leadership, and clinical innovation to support RP’s physician-led mission to improve radiology and deliver better patient-focused care.
Larry Hogan served as the 62nd governor of Maryland from 2015 to 2023 and was chairman of the National Governors Association from 2019 to 2020. Shortly after taking office he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of non Hodgkins lymphoma but continued to lead the state while receiving treatment. This experience influenced his strong support for early detection research and innovation in cancer care.
During his time in office, Larry Hogan supported healthcare and life sciences innovation, including launching Maryland’s $216 million Cancer Moonshot program to improve cancer detection, treatment, research, and workforce development. He also focused on making healthcare more affordable and accessible and led the state through the pandemic by expanding testing, vaccination, and care delivery.
Larry Hogan brings valuable experience from his public service career and personal healthcare journey, which will help Radiology Partners and Mosaic Clinical Technologies stay focused on physician-led care, innovation in technology and clinical work, and delivering high-quality radiology services at scale.

“I’m honored to join the board of Radiology Partners in support of its mission to transform radiology,” said Hogan. I know firsthand the importance of timely, accurate diagnosis for patients and families alike. As governor and chair of the National Governors Association during COVID 19, I saw the essential role that physicians and clinical innovation play in strengthening care delivery and improving outcomes. I look forward to working closely with the Radiology Partners team, and taking part in the exciting, transformative innovation that is underway.”
