Red River Names Mike Sang as Chief Financial Officer

In this role, Sang will lead the company’s finance team and manage financial strategy, planning, reporting, and operations to support Red River’s continued growth.

Sang brings extensive experience in government contracting, aerospace and defense, strategic finance, mergers and acquisitions, integration, and financial operations.

Since joining Red River in 2024, he has become a key leader in the finance team, known for his strong financial management, strategic thinking, and understanding of the company’s business operations.

Before joining Red River, Sang held senior finance and strategy positions at CAE, L3Harris, and Morgan Stanley. His experience includes treasury management, strategic planning, finance operations, investor relations, capital markets, and corporate development across different industries. He has also worked with DCMA, DCAA, and external audit organizations in government contracting environments.
