Faro AI, Inc., a San Diego, CA-based developer of structured data and AI infrastructure for modern clinical development, has raised $37.3 million in a Series B financing round co-led by Merck Global Health Innovation Fund and S32.

The round also saw participation from all existing investors, including General Catalyst, Northpond Ventures, Polaris Partners, PTX Capital, and Zetta, and new investors, including Ankona Capital.

The company will use the funding to expand its agentic AI capabilities and help pharmaceutical companies deploy AI agents across clinical development.
