The platform can work across ERP systems, bank accounts, CRMs, payment systems, and accounts payable portals. It communicates with customers through SMS, email and phone calls, reconciles incoming payments, and takes follow-up actions without requiring finance teams to manage each step.
Stuut also builds a record of how each customer pays, which portals they use, and how payment issues are resolved. Its actions are auditable, while changes to its behavior require approval.
