Osanni Bio Raises $190M in Series B Funding Led by Patient Square Capital

Osanni Bio, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a development-stage therapeutics platform, has raised $190 million in a Series B funding round led by Patient Square Capital.
The round also saw participation from the Horowitz Group, Invus Opportunities, and the Retinal Degeneration Fund.
The company plans to use the funding to advance its existing pipeline of programs and expand its discovery and development capabilities.
Osanni is led by a team of experienced inventors and entrepreneurs with a strong history of building and commercializing successful companies.
