At the same time, Frank Colletti has stepped down as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. N-able thanked him for more than 20 years of service and his important contributions to the company's culture, global growth, and sales strategy.

Russell Rosa brings more than 25 years of experience leading global sales teams and building successful partner-focused sales strategies. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Sumo Logic, where he led the company's global sales and partner organization across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, helping deliver consistent double-digit growth.

Before becoming CRO, Rosa was Senior Vice President of Americas Sales at Sumo Logic. In that role, he led enterprise and public sector sales teams across North America, Canada and Latin America, while building high-performing teams and expanding the company's market presence.

Russell Rosa's appointment reflects N-able's continued focus on its channel-first business strategy. His experience in partner-led growth and customer success aligns with the company's approach of serving businesses through managed service providers (MSPs), value-added resellers (VARs) and distributors around the world.

John Pagliuca, Chief Executive Officer of N-able, said, “Businesses around the world are navigating unprecedented complexity and risk, and the partners who serve them—whether MSPs, VARs, or distributors—need a trusted cybersecurity vendor that understands their business and the threat landscape firsthand. Russell has spent his career building exactly that kind of channel organization.
