Sunbelt Rentals Appoints Ekta Singh-Bushell to Board of Directors

Ekta Singh-Bushell brings extensive leadership experience in finance, technology, cybersecurity, business transformation and corporate governance. She currently serves on the boards of ChargePoint and Lesaka Technologies, where she is a member of several board committees.

She is also a founding board member of Women's Health Access Matters and chairs its finance committee. In the past, she has served on the boards of Cisco Systems, TTEC Holdings, Designer Brands, and Datatec.

Most recently, Ekta Singh-Bushell served as Chief Operating Officer of Dragos, a cybersecurity company focused on protecting industrial control systems. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Ernst & Young, where she worked in technology, innovation, and cybersecurity, including serving as Chief Information Security Officer.

She holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Poona in India. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds several advanced certifications in corporate governance, sustainability, cybersecurity, auditing, and risk management.
