DataBahn, a Dallas, Texas-based provider of an agentic data control plane platform, raised $40M in Series B financing led by Insight Partners, bringing the total to $ 59 million.

The round also saw participation from Forgepoint, GTM Capital and S3 Ventures.

The company plans to strengthen its platform capabilities as enterprises increasingly seek secure, cost-efficient ways to manage data across cloud environments and enable AI systems with reliable enterprise context.
