TransformativeMed Announces Strategic Partnership  With Red Rover Health

The partnership combines TransformativeMeds Agentic Clinical Operating System with Red Rover Healths healthcare technology, allowing AI agents to securely access clinical information and help automate healthcare workflows.

The companies' first project will focus on using AI to improve patient discharge planning. The project is being developed with a leading academic health system to make the complex and time-consuming process more efficient.
