TRISTAR Insurance Group Appoints Viviane Ruiz as Senior Vice President

Ruiz joins TRISTAR from Davies North America, where she served as President of Workers’ Compensation, Casualty and Managed Care, overseeing financial performance across several business units.

At Davies, Ruiz used AI and automation to improve workflows, upgrade claims systems and reduce costs. She also led business development efforts that helped grow revenue and improve profit margins while maintaining service quality.

Before Davies, Ruiz spent 16 years at Brown & Brown Insurance, where she served as COO and CIO of its Services Segment. She led technology, digital transformation and business growth initiatives across the organisation.

Ruiz began her career in IT and later moved into operations and senior leadership roles. Her experience combines technology knowledge with business management and financial responsibility.
