NYC-based VoyceMe, the first-of-its-kind manga and webtoon creator platform, has secured new seed investments, bringing total capital to $10 million led by Redpoint Ventures with participation from existing investors Torch Capital, Red Sea Ventures, and Clara Vista Partners.
With this funding, VoyceMe can develop its content and in-house technology while broadening the scope of its platform offering. VoyceMe has appointed Dexter Ong as Vice President, Head of Development, and Head of Strategic Initiatives to spearhead the company’s rapid expansion. VoyceMe has seen over eight million visits each month and a 1,000% rise in readership since 2023.
