Wealth tech startup Zoe has announced the successful close of its $30 million Series B funding round, led by Sageview Capital. The funding marks a major milestone in Zoe’s mission to grow and protect client wealth through its innovative, advisor-matching and wealth management platform.

As part of the investment, Sasank Chary, partner at Sageview Capital, will join Zoe’s board of directors, bringing strategic expertise as the company prepares for its next stage of growth.

In addition to Sageview Capital, the round saw participation from top executives and partners from leading Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firms, including: CAPTRUST, Creative Planning, Mariner Wealth Advisors, Perigon Wealth Management, LLC and Falcon Wealth Planning, Inc.

With the fresh capital, Zoe plans to expand its Wealth Platform capabilities and scale its team, enabling it to better serve clients and financial advisors alike. The company is doubling down on building smarter, more accessible solutions that connect clients with top-tier fiduciary advisors and tools to manage their wealth effectively.
