Acturion Group Appoints Tamara Kravec as Chief Financial Officer

In her new role, Kravec will oversee finance, treasury, risk management, and operations across the company.

Kravec joins Acturion with more than 30 years of experience in the life insurance and annuity industry. She has held senior finance roles at several well-known companies in the sector.

Most recently, she served as Chief Financial and Risk Officer at M Financial Group, where she led the company’s financial and risk strategies. She also served as Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Risk Officer of M Financial Re, overseeing its reinsurance operations.

Before joining M Financial, Kravec held senior finance roles at American Equity Investment Life Holding Company and Nationwide, a major insurance and financial services company.

At American Equity, she managed finance and treasury functions during a period of major business changes. As CFO of Nationwide Annuity, she oversaw finance, actuarial, and reinsurance operations for the company’s large annuity business.

“Tamara has built deep, multifaceted expertise in the insurance sector, leading finance at Nationwide, overseeing critical finance and treasury functions at American Equity, serving as CFO of M Financial, and covering the industry as a Wall Street analyst,” said Stephan Muecke, Chief Executive Officer of Acturion Group.
