Earlier in her career, she worked with one of the first eDiscovery platforms, helping law firms and corporate legal teams across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.

DeVincentis also has 10 years of experience in luxury real estate, handling around $100 million in transactions across New Jersey and California. She holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at NYU Stern.

“Amy is exactly the person we wanted in this seat,” said Jin Kim, Chief Executive Officer of Notessa. “The hardest part of enterprise AI is not the technology; it is getting sophisticated professionals to change how they actually work.

“I have spent my career at the intersection of real estate and legal technology and know firsthand how much time and risk gets buried in manual document work,” said DeVincentis. “Notessa solves that in a way I haven’t seen before. It takes complex, cross-referenced document structures and makes them instantly clear.
