Airwallex Raises $320M in Series H Funding, at $11 Billion Valuation

Airwallex, a San Francisco, CA- and Singapore-based provider of a financial platform for modern businesses, has raised $320 million in a Series H funding round led by Addition, at $11 Billion valuation, up from its $8 Billion valuation in December 2025.
The round also saw participation from Baillie Gifford, Hummingbird, QED Investors, T. Rowe Price, Hedosophia, Haun Ventures, Washington University in St. Louis and Amex Ventures.
The company plans to use the funding to speed up product development for autonomous finance and AI-powered commerce, expand its infrastructure and regulatory presence into new markets, and grow the teams developing its AI-native financial software.
Airi is Airwallex’s new AI-powered consumer wallet. At launch, it includes one-click checkout, which has increased successful checkout rates by up to 14% for digital merchants in early testing.

Over time, Airi will expand to support AI-driven commerce with features such as agent payments, spending limits, permission controls, and multi-currency balances. Together with the Airwallex Agentic Commerce Suite, it will provide merchants and consumers with a complete commerce experience built on Airwallex’s regulated financial infrastructure.
Airwallex is growing quickly as demand for global financial infrastructure increases. In March 2026, the company reached $1.3 billion in annualized revenue, up 74% from a year earlier, while annualized transaction volume grew more than 120% to $287 billion. More than 90% of Airwallex’s revenue now comes from customers using multiple products, showing stronger adoption of its platform.
T:0 is a new AI-powered financial platform from Airwallex that automates a company's finance operations from the start. It handles bookkeeping, forecasting, taxes, compliance, and reporting in one system. The platform is designed to give founders CFO-level financial management with built-in compliance, without requiring data migration. T:0 is currently in private beta and will be available to more customers in the coming weeks.
"We believe this is the most consequential moment in the history of global finance, and we are building accordingly," said Jack Zhang, co-founder and CEO of Airwallex. "A decade ago, we did not know exactly what the agentic economy would look like, but we built a foundation for it. The licenses, local network integrations, and settlement rails we spent ten years constructing are precisely the kind of infrastructure it needs. This new capital lets us move faster into Airwallex’s next chapter: autonomous finance, agentic commerce, and the infrastructure to power both.”
“What Airwallex has built is unusually hard to replicate,” said Lee Fixel of Addition. “As AI transforms the competitive landscape, the winners will be the companies building on top of real financial infrastructure, not around it. Airwallex has already shown it can translate that foundation into meaningful software capabilities at scale.”
