Albion and Tecnotree Partner to Launch New VAS Platform for TELUS in North America

Under the agreement, Albion will use Tecnotree’s VAS and digital platform to help TELUS modernize its services improve customer experience and support future growth. Albion will also handle end to end managed services, including operations, service monitoring, and ongoing support, ensuring reliable and high performing services for TELUS customers across North America.

The voicemail rollout helps TELUS upgrade its existing systems with a more scalable VAS solution. This improves efficiency, reduces system complexity and lowers costs while maintaining high quality service for customers.
