LiveOak Fiber

LiveOak Fiber (LiveOak), a regional broadband service provider founded in 2022 has secured $250 million in financing from by J.P. Morgan.

J2 Ventures

J2 Ventures, a Venture capital firm focused on deep technology for the U.S. Government has secured $150 million for its new Argonne Fund.

Spruce

Spruce Power Holding Corporation a leading owner and operator of distributed solar energy assets across the United States, secures $130 million in debt funding provided by Barings LLC (“Barings”). 

K Health

K Health, the leading AI Primary Care platform has secured $50M funding led by Claure Group, with participation from investors including Pablo Legorreta (founder and CEO of Royalty Pharma), and existing investors Mangrove Capital Partners, Valor Equity Partners, and Atreides Management, LP.

Tembo

Tembo, a Postgres managed service has raised $14M Series A funding led by GreatPoint Ventures with participation from Venrock, Grand Ventures, Wireframe Ventures, Defined Capital, and Cintrifuse Capital, along with prominent angels.

Kanvas Biosciences

Kanvas Biosciences, a full-stack spatial biology company has secured $12.5 million in additional funding co-led by existing investors DCVC and Lions Capital LLC, and participation from FemHealth Ventures, Germin8, Ki Tua Fund, and Pangaea Ventures as well as existing investors. Paul Theunissen, Managing Partner at Lions Capital Partners LLC, will join the company’s Board, and Ashlie L Burkart, MD, Chief Scientific Officer of Germin8 Ventures, will join as a board observer.

Granza Bio

Granza Bio, Advancing Therapeutic Delivery using Precision Shells has raised $7M.14Mn in Seed Funding round led by Felicis and Refactor.Granza Bio intends to use the money to grow its operations and development efforts.

Uncaged Innovations

UNCAGED Innovations, a biomaterials startup has raised an oversubscribed $5.6 million seed investment, co-led by Green Circle Foodtech Ventures and Fall Line Capital, with participation from Ponderosa Ventures, Golden Seeds and existing investor InMotion Ventures, the investment arm of JLR (Jaguar Land Rover).

Rejuvenate Bio

California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) has awarded a $4M grant to Rejuvenate Bio to complete IND-enabling activities for the development of RJB-0402 for the treatment of desmoplakin gene variant arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (DSP ACM).

BoldHue

BoldHue, the female-founded technology company revolutionizing the beauty-tech industry with its personalized foundation device, has raised $3.37 million an oversubscribed seed round, raising nearly $5.2 million in funding to date. Boldhue round was led by Lucas Venture Group with participation from Capital Eleven, Backstage Capital, Tacoma Ventures, Mark Cuban, and Kevin Huvane.
