Agellus Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm raised debut fund, Agellus Capital Private Equity Fund I (the “Fund”), with total limited partner capital commitments of $400 million.

Kestra Medical Technologies

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc., a privately held wearable medical device and digital healthcare company, today announced an oversubscribed $196 million funding round to support the expansion of their commercial organization and advance its mission of protecting at-risk patients with its modern Wearable Cardioverter Defibrillator (WCD).

Vanta

Vanta has raised $150 million in Series C funding at a $2.45 billion valuation. Sequoia Capital lead the round, with participation from new investors Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and J.P. Morgan, as well as all previous investors, including Atlassian Ventures, Craft Ventures, CrowdStrike Ventures, HubSpot Ventures, Workday Ventures, and Y Combinator.

IntelePeer

IntelePeer, a leading AI-powered Communications Automation provider, today announced the completion of $140 million in new growth funding and debt financing. This strategic growth investment was co-led by Savant Growth LLC and VantagePoint Capital Partners with support from Savant limited partners including Coller Capital, Hollyport Capital, Manulife Investment Management and Achmea.

Cowbell, a leading provider of cyber insurance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), announced raises $60 million in series C round in equity funding from Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich), a leading global multi-line insurer.

Pearl

Pearl, the global leader in dental AI, today announced that it has raised $58 million in Series B funding to accelerate its mission to elevate patient care in dentistry. Left Lane Capital led the round, with participation from Smash Capital, Alpha Partners, and existing investors, Craft Ventures and Neotribe Ventures. This funding marks the largest investment ever in dental artificial intelligence.

Dazz

Dazz, a leader in unified security remediation has secured $50 million funding round co-led by Greylock, with participation from Cyberstarts, Insight Partners and Index Ventures The latest financing brings the company’s total funding to $110 million and will fuel dazz mission to help security and engineering teams reduce exposure efficiently.

QA Wolf

QA Wolf, the company that guarantees 80%+ end-to-end automated test coverage for web apps, is announcing a US$36 million Series B financing round to accelerate its expansion into native mobile testing, which is set to launch later this year and is now open for waitlist.
