Boldest supports this by implementing the platform and managing campaigns using its Cognitive Marketing framework, which identifies customer intent in real time. Together, the two companies provide telecom operators with an AI-powered solution that improves customer engagement, reduces churn, supports business growth, and delivers personalized experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
