Mews, Vista Credit Partners, a strategic credit and financing partner concentrating on the business software, data, and technology markets, recently announced a $100 million investment in Mews, the industry-leading hospitality cloud.

UJET

UJET, Inc., a leading provider of AI-powered cloud contact center solutions, announced it has closed its latest round of funding led by Sapphire Ventures, with participation from new investors KeyCorp and IonPacific, and existing investors GV, Kleiner Perkins, Citi Ventures, DCM, and Ericsson Ventures.

Centivo

Centivo, a pioneering healthcare company dedicated to making high-quality healthcare more affordable for employers and their employees, has secured $75 million in equity and debt financing.

Cyclic Materials, the advanced recycling company creating a circular supply chain for rare earth elements (REEs) and other critical materials, announced it has successfully closed an oversubscribed USD $53 million Series B equity round.

Genespire, a biotechnology company developing off-the-shelf gene therapies for pediatric patients affected by genetic diseases, announced the closing of a €46.6 million (~$52 million) Series B financing, co-led by Sofinnova Partners, XGEN Venture and CDP Venture Capital through its Large Venture Fund forming a strong syndicate with Indaco SGR.

858 Therapeutics

858 Therapeutics, a biotechnology and drug discovery company, raised $50M in Series B funding. The round was led by Avidity Partners with participation from Insight Partners, Mirae Asset Capital, and Alexandria Venture Investments, as well as existing investors Versant Ventures, NEA, and Logos Capital. As part of the financing, Monal Mehta, Ph.D., Managing Director at Avidity Partners, will join the company’s Board of Directors.

Pyka

Pyka, an electric aviation technology leader that designs and manufactures large-scale autonomous electric aircraft, announced a $40M Series B raise. The funding round was led by Obvious Ventures, with participation from both new and existing investors, including Piva Capital, Prelude Ventures, Metaplanet Holdings, and Y Combinator.

Dandelion Energy

Dandelion Energy, the nation’s leading home geothermal company, secures $40million in series C round funding led by GV (Google Ventures) and supported by Collaborative Fund, LenX, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, and NGP.

HyperLight

HyperLight Corporation, a leading provider of thin film lithium niobate (TFLN) photonic integrated circuits (PICs), announced a US$37 million Series B investment led by Summit Partners.

MetOx International

MetOx International, a developer and manufacturer of high-temperature superconducting (HTS) wire, secures $25million in series B extension round funding.
