Arity acquires Replica to provide businesses and agencies

Arity, a subsidiary of The Allstate Corporation, has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining stake in Replica, a data and technology company. Replica helps organisations understand how people, infrastructure and communities interact.

Arity, Replica and INRIX combine data on how people travel, how transport networks work and how people drive. Together, their data will help businesses, government agencies and transport consultants make better decisions about transport planning, road safety and infrastructure investments.

The deal supports Arity's plan to bring different transportation data together, following its acquisition of INRIX. It also reflects Allstate's continued investment in data, analytics and mobility technology to improve future protection services.

Replica will add more insights into people's travel behaviour to Arity's mobility intelligence platform. Its privacy-focused data and technology will help customers understand travel patterns, predict changes and assess possible outcomes.
