COEO Solutions Acquires Florida-Based NetWolves, Expanding Network

This is COEOs second acquisition in 2026, following it's purchase of S-NET Communications in April. The deal strengthen's the companys platform for serving mid market enterprises with complex networking and IT need's.

NetWolves provides managed IT and network services that help businesses design, secure, monitor, and manage enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and connectivity.

The acquisition adds NetWolves' carrier-independent network services and 24/7 managed support to COEO. It also strengthens COEO's SD-WAN and managed connectivity capabilities, helping it support businesses with multiple locations.

Combined with COEO's existing communications, security, and managed IT services, the acquisition allows the company to offer businesses a single partner for networking, communications, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

COEO is working to ensure a smooth transition for NetWolves' customers and partners. Peter Castle and Scott Foote, who have more than 40 years of combined experience with NetWolves, will serve as senior advisors during the transition and help support the company's largest customers.

The combined company will offer stronger infrastructure, a larger engineering team and greater support capacity. COEO will contact NetWolves customers, and partners in the coming weeks with transition timelines and dedicated points of contact.
